Ottawa, ON–Ringette Canada is pleased to announce the selection of its major technical officials for the 2025 World Ringette Championships. 

Alex Hanes (Bath, ON) and Jaimie Nelson (High River, AB) have been selected to represent Canada and officiate on the World stage as On-Ice Officials. 

”We are incredibly proud to announce Alex and Jaimie as Officials for the upcoming World Ringette Championships,”

said Jake Clarke, Sport Coordinator – Officials and Events.  “Their selection is a testament not only to their unwavering dedication and high performance journey, but also to the deep pool of officiating talent within our community. They truly represent some of the best the sport has to offer on the global stage, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have them representing both Ringette Canada and the broader ringette community in Finland.”

The 2025 World Ringette Championships will take place in Lahti, Finland from November 3 to 9, 2025.
